My husband and I purchased our first home 5 years ago when we moved here. Us being very young and first time buyers were referred to Jones Pest Control and have used them since. They call yearly to schedule our renewal inspection and make sure everything is kosher! One year I thought I had "termites" and called and they promptly sent someone out to inspect. Turns out my termites were really just some wood rot developing due to weathering on our wood siding. :) Silly me, but Jones did not charge me a dime for the house call! Now being in Real Estate years later (and a little more knowledgeable) I don't hesitate one bit in recommending them for pest control to clients, and of course to my friends because honestly their mosquito treatment for yards makes going to backyard BBQs in the summer a lot more pleasant! Got a mosquito treatment today! And so far so good. Haven't seen a single one! Enjoying sitting outside without dealing with those things! I highly recommend everyone getting one. And the price was completely fair and worth every penny!
